[Tyson Reynolds]

Tyson paced his way around the duelling arena. In a fit of annoyance he had challenged the 4^th year to a duel. He smiled at Ash. A rather nervous smile. Tyson was not an angry person so didn't tend to fight. Why had he challenged Zack to a duel? Why? He stopped pacing around and stood straight. He pulled his wand from it's holder and twirled it in his hand. He looked to the entrance to the duelling arena, and watched two people enter. The cocky arrogance of Zack really annoyed Tyson. Her frowned at him and nodded, acknowledging the other.

Zack walked into the dueling arena confidently he had done this so many times before, so why was today going to be any different, and why was this younger year confident that he could beat him, this was going to be easy. Smiling to Kyeria for a second he stepped into the arena and looked at Tyson for a second
"You nervous pretty boy," he said the pretty boy bit in a snide way as if it was a joke, he was surprised a guy like this would be dueling. He yawned and got his wand at the ready waiting.

Tyson frowned at Zack. He was so arrogant. "Pfft, I may be a 'pretty boy' but I am not arrogant about it" he replied in the same sort of tone. Oh Tyson knew he was a 'pretty boy' but he wasn't one to flaunt it. Tyson made no comment to being nervous. He just stood tall. "I may be younger than you, but I know that Ashley here could have you peeing your pants" he said with a faint chuckle. He looked around to Ashley and grinned at her. He pushed all nervous thoughts to the back of his mind and stood with his wand at the ready .

[Zack Nimer]

Zack yawned as Tyson spoke nearly laughing his head off
"So you know how to joke, but not real talk, now from all you said apparently your weaker than a girl," he chuckled and smiled at Kyeria before twirling his wand having had enough of all this talking, he clicked his fingers, before staring at Tyson which felt like some time

Tyson=100 hitpoints, 10 spell and 5 shield
Zack=100 hitpoints, 10 spell and 5 shield

Smiling and without warning he shouted his spell it was not his best spell he was saving those for later

Tyson rolled his eyes. "Are we talking about the same Ashley here?" he asked, "Cause, any one sane enough to realize that Ashley is intelligent is sane enough to realize that she is also completely mental and unbounded by limits" He had been talking so much that he didn't realize that Zack had sent a spell at him, he rolled out the the way, but was a little to late, for the spell hit the edge of his leg. "Finite" he murmured, pointing his wand to his dancing legs. "Avis
Oppugno" he said, he watched the birds fly from his wand and fly over Zack.

Zack was not smiling anyway through out this he was too busy thinking of ways to defeat this guy when the birds came his way he just chuckled and yelled
"Finite Incantatum" looking the birds where no longer there, he quickly cast a shield spell on himself but silently so no one herd then sent two spells at Tyson but the second was quiet
"Furnunculus" he winked then silently said his next spell knowing that this would be the best way to get in Tysons mind
"Legilimens," he said it silently and his face went into a very confident smile.

Tyson focused himself. The time for talking was over. He frowned as he heard chuckling, but kept his focus on dodging curses. He didn't bother raising shields, he just ducked and rolled out of the way. Tyson may not have been the best with curses, but he was athletic, and very good at getting himself out of the way. He decided not to throw any curses. Just to keep ducking, trying to wear out Zack. He felt a pressure occur in his mind, like anothers presence. It took only a few moments of Zack going through his thoughts for him to figure it out. "You... You..." he started, not really knowing what to say. Instead of using a spell to repel Zack from his mind, he took two large strides and aimed a punch at him.

zack knew instantly what Tyson was trying to do, because of the spell however it would of gotten obvious Zack had done plenty of duels before, he was about to throw spells in all directions when Tyson's mind set changed he frowned realising and broke the connection just as he read Tyson's first move, catching the hand he pushed Tyson backwards and then chuckled in anticipation
"ha bring it on then pretty Boy," his face was one of confidence and he sent two attempted punches to Tyson's stomach hoping to wound and wind him first also as an extra pain bonus for Tyson he attempted a swift kick the his nuts. He was loving this and could not wait for Tyson to just be a puddle on the floor.

(btw they dont all have to hit you can even make it so none of them hit but dont do too much of that)

Tyson frowned as Zack caught his punch, and stumbled backwards a little, but gained his balance again quickly. He was too busy relieving that Zack was out of his head to realize a punch - no two punches - were coming his way. Tyson bent over slightly at the waist, and quickly got his breath back. Seeing the foot swinging at him from the corner of his eye, he quickly jumped out of the way. He aimed another punch at Zack's face, hoping that he wouldn't catch this one. He didn't really care if he lost, if he had the privilege of marring Zack's face. He then kicked out, aiming for his knees, if he could get the guys knees maybe it would knock him over.

zack was too busy thinking that Tyson was going to be on the floor in pain that he barely noticed his foot missing Tyson's nuts, suddenly Tyson's fist smashed into his face causing him to stagger back pain radiating from his now bleeding nose, he could not believe he had been so careless he was about to do something when Tyson's foot connected with his knee sending him crashing onto his back knocking the wind right out of him he quickly had to think of something, he quickly decided that he would pretend to be more hurt than he was, and his face contorted in what looked like a serious amount of pain, he knew that pretending while sneaky could be dangerous, once because Tyson may not take the bait, another because Tyson may actually hit quiet hard, but if it went right it would catch Tyson by surprise.

[Ashley Luxworth]

Ashleys face took on a glare. She screamed viciously at Zack, "Oi, fat boy, if you harm a single hair on my precious Tysons godly head I will rip your fingers off one by one. Do you hear me? I'll fill you with hydrogen and set fire to you. SLEEP WITH ONE EYE OPEN!!!!!!!" Her fingers mimed cruel actions this was only the beggining. Everyone knew something bad would happen if Zack dared harm someone she liked. And it would not be pretty. But anyway, she was otherwise wearing a black t-shirt that said in yellow letters: 'Go Team Tyson!' whilst cheering loudly and enthuasiastly for him.
