Death

[Justin Nasitck]

Justin walked into the grand hall and sat down, he had been called here by that crazy slytherin ash, he thought she was alright, not the worst of people in the world.

He took a look around the room and just smiled, he loved this place as much as he loved home, it was the best place in the world.

He noticed Ash walking into the hall and waited to see what she would say.

[Ashley Luxworth]

Ashley practically ran into the hall and to Justin - actually now that she thought about it she pushed him over when she collided with him - ha. Sure she didn't really like the camp boy but no one had the right to unnessecarily die - even Justin. She had seen a vision - her parseltongue ift was taken away and replaced with that of a seers. In her vision it had shown that Justin had sacrificied his own life for Roxys - honestly - couldn't she just move out of the way. And then Justins body had gone silent and unmoving. It was horrifying to see in her mind. She told him in a whisper about by just saying four words to hint at it and then ran off to the other side of the hall. She had whispered quitely to him, "You, Dead, Sacrifice, Roxy."

[Justin Nasitck]

Justin, was sure he knew what that meant, someone wanted to kill roxy, this was bad real bad, he needed to stop whoever it was.

"Wait Roxy's going to die, tell me who is it and how do you know, actually you know what I know who it is."

He stormed out of the room, and found both Luke and Waverly, they seemed to be up to something, he watched them for a little while, then made himself known.
"Your not going to harm her."

[Ashley Luxworth]

Ashley stuck her tongue out at Luke and then smiled at Waverly. She knew they were gonna hurt her for this but not if she could help it then they wouldn't. Her movements were as swift as a ninja as she did something very unexpected and would probably make Luke want to kill her even more. She quickly cacked him by pulling down his trousers which left him in his boxers - ha ha. She laughed loudly at him and then ran off laughing as if she was an evil maniac to find Roxy and tell her of the bad news. She really couldn't help but take nothing seriously - it was just how she was.

[Luke Neless]

Luke was not angry neither embarrassed he used a spell to put his trousers back up and, took a look at the boy in front of them.
"I take it ash told you well thats ok then, because if you don't let us hurt her we will hurt you instead deal."

Luke sat down glaring at the boy infront of him actually he quite liked the idea of killing this person, he hated him with all his heart, if he had one.

[Waverly Travis]

Waverly had to laugh at Ashley and then just shrugged, she didn't care if Ash had told Justin or Roxy, she wasn't bothered. She walked round so she was infront of Luke, "What are we doing" she whispered "Its Roxy we want not him" she muttered at him, she sighed and just rolled her eyes at Luke. She looks around and waited for Roxy to show up. Waverly pursed her lips and rolled back on her heels.

"Huhuh yeah I know that and most likely the only way of getting to her is through him, plus I hate him, so if you dont mind i'm going to have a little fun."

He watched Justin who was in front of him wondering, if this what he was going to do would bring out the girl, he just chuckled and shoot the spell.
"Crucio."

[Roxanna Santiago]

Roxy walked into the hall, and then was pointed by a slytherin somewhere, this didn't seem so good already, hearing Luke's voice shout crucio, she silently prayed it wasn't Justin on the receiving end, she started to run, who ever it was on the receiving line most likely didn't deserve it. She tumbled through the door, and landed in a mess. She looked up and gasped, she tried to talk or get up but she was motionless, and the words got stuck in her throat. She grabbed her wand and cast two disarming spells, one after the other, each aimed at Luke & Waverly, she smirked at herself, then stumbled up to run over to Justin, she'd given herself some time and hopefully distracted them, for a while.

[Luke Neless]

Luke caught Waverlys wand in his hand giving it back to her and, quickly dashed after his wand, onc ehe got it he looked at Waverly who was casting the death spell at Roxy.

He casted a more powerful death spell someone had given him, he watched as it most likely hit, her if not it would be something else.

Justin(twin) jumped up and dashed in front of Roxy, his brother had tolled him top do this and he had agreed.
He was hit full on by two curses and as he stood there, he had to make it all believable

He started to vanishes but as he did he turned towards the girl
"Im sorry, it had to be this way but I love you and loved every moment."

with that he vanished not after kissing her.

[Waverly Travis]

Waverly watched the boy, Justin in curiosity, something there wasn't right, she shrugged it off and watched for Roxanna's reaction. She just rolled her eyes, grabbed her wand and quickly sent a body binding curse at Roxy, "That should hold her for a while," she said then aciooed Roxy's wand "Don't want her getting out, do we" she said raising her eyebrows at him.

[Roxanna Santiago]

Roxy screamed and cried as she saw Justins body start to vanish. "I love you too" she whispered the words back but it was too late, the words left her lips after he'd fully vanished, she could not finding the strength to say it any louder, her tears were rolling down her cheeks.

Turning round, she glared at Waverly and Luke. She felt herself being constricted and realized she was in a full body bind, she sighed and then fought it, it took her a while but she broke it, picking up Justins wand, she got up angrily, and ran out of the room, stopping on her way to tell someone that Justin was dead, then sprinted off to find Luke and Waverly.

After finding them, the first thing she did was shout a spell, it was only a water spell, but she knew it would seriously piss Waverly off, and distract her for a while. She then quickly cast a stunning spell at her, and turned to Luke, "Why?" she asked, and then waited, for an answer, a curse, anything, she didn't care right now.

Luke stopped to face Roxy and gave her a sad look he was not ad he was actually pretending, he walked up to Roxy looked at her for a while, then whispered in her ear.
"Sorry for this, you kno..." He never finished what he was going to say as he punched the girl right in the stomach and casted the Curcio curse soon after.

he went back to where Waverly was sson after and then caste the same curse 2 more times.

[Roxanna Santiago]

Roxy watched as he walked towards her and frowned, this so wasn't going to turn out well she should have just cursed him, he hit her and she collapsed onto the floor, "Your not sorry" she weezed out, her stomach hurt like hell, she felt the effects of the crucio and screamed, "Go to hell" she screamed at him, "You Oni Rokudenashi" she shouted out as the curse stopped, she sighed and weakly raised herself up, "You want to know what I called you, go learn japenese" she said half calmly, she'd learnt it out of pure interest, in learning. "I called you a demon asshole!" She screamed as another two crucio's came her way, and then faded in and out of consciousness, she finally regained her full consciousness but they had gone, she sat there trying to piece together what had happened. She staggered up the stairs and too the hospital wing.
